Does change of address cause major delays in processing? (DM stage)

Hello forum, seeking your opinion regarding something. My application is at the DM stage and I'm likely going to be changing addresses within the same region (around 40 kms). I've heard that changing addresses causes delays in processing, but am not sure by how much. I do have an option to delay my move if necessary. I'm trying to decide between -
(1) Changing my address as soon as possible.
(2) Waiting till during oath (I'm at DM, but don't have an oath date)
(3) Delay my move till I have my citizenship certificate.

Your advice is much appreciated!

No, I told them that will be changing address this month and I asked should I do anything? They said since it is over zoom, the office that started your application will finish it.
