Does BOWP come by registered mail?

I have been approved and I'm waiting to receive the documents from the government. I wonder how they send it is it via registered or signed for mail? As with the postal strike I'm worried if it will get lost or months to arrive. Also how long does it normally take to arrive?

Usually I would think it would take maximum a week to get to you, well i guess depending where you live. i remember by PGWP took about a week to arrive three years ago...I'm in Toronto. However, I have yet to receive my BOWP that was approved two weeks ago today. Hopefully soon!

I received my new work permit this Monday by regular Canada Post mail, approximately a week after I received notification that it was approved. Hope this provides you with some insight.
