But in the certificate they will mention like .. 1 year training. The job responsibilities match with the noc code given in cic website , (ie mechanical engineer) but the designation is different. What can be done in that situation.?

I've completed NATS apprenticeship program in a reputed company after BTech, and not as a part of my curriculum , so am I eligible for claiming work experience.

If duties and responsibilities match NOC O, A, or B level, if it was continuous for 1 year, it was paid, full-time, and you are able to prove it, then yes, apprenticeships should fetch you points in CRS.

It is foreign experience, not Canadian so you could claim work as a pharmacist but cannot work in Canada as one.

My question was not on whether to work as a designated title in canada, it's can we claim points for foreign apprenticeship, under foreign work experience category.

Yes you can. It is skilled work if TEER 0-3. You show your paystubs, bank statements and job letter.
