Does anyone received Ghost update after submitting Passport ?

I recently noticed a ghost update in my profile after submitting the passport, after refreshing the page it went back to submitted status. Does anyone know what does it mean ?

anything happened since your ghost update? I had a ghost update today and my passport was delivered Oct 20th.
