My contract will end by May 1, 2013, so it would be a transfer my lease to third party. the land owner had said to me that he would check damage until now so that the third party (new contractor) would not be liable to the damage that he/she did not commit. the Benefit for the new contractor is that he/she does not need to pay the deposit (which is around $1200 in the case of this apartment) and he/she may leave the apartment at any time without paying any additional charge. In addition, he/she get the additional furniture, electronics and everything at nominal charge ( should be negotiated).

Can you please PM me your number and list of furniture you got . Have you got any humidifier ?
Are you selling any car as well, If so let me know as now I looking one small car for my wife .
