Does anyone need two-bed room apartment in University drive, NW, Calgary, T2N4L1. It is a well furnished, walking distance from LRT station, train station, university of Calgary, Foothills hospital, Kids school, shopping malls etc. A great location.
I am not a landlord, if you are interested, I can transfer my lease to Calgary settlers. The rent is $1249 which includes water, internet and Cable TV. I will pay December' rent and moving out on Dec. 26. So, you can move there on 26th December or later.
I landed in Calgary in April, 2012 and settled everything, all of sudden, I need to move out. Therefore, I want to transfer this lease, I will ensure you that you could not get such a great apartment, good community at good location with such price.
If You need furniture, electronics goods 42'' Flat TV (Toshiba), microwave oven and so on), chair, dining table, beds, anything, that I bought brand new in April, 2012, I will give you at very nominal price.
