does anyone know how to replace wrong document ?

hi
I sent my application last sept and just realized my pay stub has a wrong job title ( the title before I got promoted)

has anyone done replacing old document with correct one successfully ?
I'm worrying if I send it by email and they will end up checking few month after the decision has been made.

please share your experience !

I am on the same boat. I sent a certificate that has wrong information. I just got it fixed but need to update CIC in 1-2 days. Little Worried?
Also yesterday i found i missed an address on past 10 years address history even though i did not leave any gap means i filled different address "a" over that time period, when i was some other address "b". Need to update CIC on that as well.. Now Much Worried...

Resend the corrected document with a covering letter stating your AOR number, why you had sent the wrong one (mistake OR, had incorrect document form the department , etc) and advise them now you are sending them the right one
