Does a part time or correspondence post graduation degree really counts?

Hi!

I have a part time post graduation degree in operation management and FULL TIME BACHELORS degree in Mech.Engg

Should I make WES ASSESSMENT for part time degree as well? Does that count?

There is an option in COME TO CANADA QUESTIONNAIRE where it is asked TWO OR MORE DEGREES, CERTS.. ONE MUST BE A PROGRAM OF 3 YRS..

I have one full year program and one part time. So does it connect me?

Now can you send a link to download WES application form?

Right now I need one to show to my university that I am inline to have assessment of my docs.

I have already gone through their website but there was a clause of payment. I thought it may direct me to pay money and I gave up as there is no ITA i have so far. My friend who is already in Canada said that he got the evaluation form from an Agent.

Generally part-time or correspondence courses are not considered valid. Not only that - If you have done any additional certificate courses along with your UG degree(In the same time frame) isn't also considered valid.
But with your B.Tech you can get easily 4 years Bachelor's equivalency.
