I received an email on May 13th from NY consulate stating that my application has been finalized and all the documents will be returned shortly. However, there's no further update ever since. I still dont have my passport and my tracking number remained inactive. I start to wonder what they mean by SHORTLY. Does anyone received similar email before? Is there anyone in the same boat?
