Hi all,
To minimize the time required to respond at the various stages of Express entry from the very first steps like IELTS, ECA till PR is issued, request all to guide which documents/procedural formalities can be completed in advance before the actual requirement.

As per my understanding below can be kept ready:
1) Employer reference letter
2) Birth certificates for all
3) Police clearance certificates
4) Proof of funds
5) Proof of net worth if required
6) Digital photos as per requirement
7) Marriage certificate for accompanying spouse

Please add more to the list.

Thanks in advance,
tejnaihas

Points 2 and 7 are not needed. You have to scan pages of your passport that contain visas, stamps and markings. You can covert all the documents into PDF and merge them into 1 per section which is lower than 4MB to save times. I did that and submitted eAPR 5 days after receiving ITA

As per my understanding below can be kept ready:
1) Employer reference letter this should be obtained in advance from previous employers, but for current job it's best to have a recent reference. So don't request same until you are certain ITA is guaranteed (for example if you were just nominated by a province).
2) Birth certificates for all Not required for e-APR, but some PNP programmes ask for this. You will need it for children only to prove relation.
3) Police clearance certificates get these for places you have visited since 18 with a total accumulated days of 180 or more. For current country of residence wait until an ITA is guaranteed as the PCC must be valid for 6 months at time of e-APR.
4) Proof of funds also needs to be current; no more than 2 weeks before e-APR
5) Proof of net worth if required Not required, but if it were would be same response as 4
6) Digital photos as per requirement Yes
7) Marriage certificate for accompanying spouse Yes

Please add more to the list.

Thanks in advance,
tejnaihas

See response in red above. Also get copy of ECA, passport bio page and stamps, copy of degree, write letter of explanation where you think it may be necessary, evidence of relative in Canada if applicable. All the best.

Thanks xpressentry and ontarioexpress for your inputs.

Have you have used any name other than the name at present?? If yes, you need proof of name change or one and the same person affidavit

I scanned professionally taken passport size photos to highest quality. I haven't started editing to submission specs. Can that be done and brought to submission standard? Or else what are the options to get the right ones?

I have not been overly concerned so far (April 26 is my deadline) on photo part because our application won't be cancelled if the photo doesn't meet standards. :)

If you have a sibling in Canada or an uncle/ aunt, then their documentation and proof of your relationship are also required
