I am in the same situation, I included it in my EE profile, can I remove it from work history now without any issues? It's a foreign experience of my spouse.

Don't mention in work history if you haven't claimed points. But you must mention in personal history.

If you are not claiming any points and not sure if your wife's work history is relevant to your application then don't add it because you'll need to upload all her work related documents as well in the final stage

Yes that's true they will ask to submit after ITA, BUT want to know , they will verify with employers?
