Documents through webform

Hey,
I submitted my CAQ through webform after I submitted my study permit application, but I do not see the CAQ in the documents in my file, neither got a response from the IRCC office. Is that normal or should I send it again?

They most likely got it. You will not see documents sent through webform in your GCKey account

I can't guarantee that it is there, but if it is, you won't see it. You can only see files you uploaded yourself.
You can send another webform to request them to confirm that they received it and it's been added to your file.

Okay, one more question.
I submitted my application in May 21st, biometrics in May 28, but CAQ was only ready by July 22nd. Is my application considered complete um Mau 28th?
