My file is in Vancouver for processing
I was asked to provide letter if employment last month and i sent via email they provide but still online system says we need additional documents
I spoke to an agent they told me it’s received but still not updat
Im worried alot as they didn’t even start to review and bgc start feb2019
Any idea guys what u guys think they start to review eligibility?
Phone system says we didn’t start your eligibility
