Documents sent from France to Canada

My University (IAE University of Bordeaux) sent my documents to WES by normal post (without tracking number). How can I check if that document has been received by WES in canada or not? Please help

Had the same issue with my university in the UK. It would usually depend on the mail service used by the Universities and thus, the transit time varies. I think its ideal to assume time frame of at least 3 weeks from the day when docs were dispatched, until WES updates the application acknowledging the receipt.
