Documents required to claim points for having valid job offer

Hi All,

Can I use below two documents to claim points for having valid job offer in Express Enrty profile? My employer is not ready to provide any other documents to confirm the same. Please share your thoughts, thanks in advance!!!

1. The document submitted by employer to get my visa - it is clearly mentioned that the duration of assignment is for 36 months commencing from 11-May-2020.
2. The deputation letter provided by employer for onsite(Canada) assignment - The duration of my overseas assignment in Canada will be for a period of 993 days. This might be subject to review and modification depending on business requirements.

Both of these documents are printed in employer's letterhead.

So you are on a LMIA closed work permit? To do so you must have your employer write up a new job offer letter saying you will have PR one year past PR. That is a mandatory requirement.
