***Documents Required*** mail from CIC

Seniors.... need your help again....

Today I received a mail from CIC asking me to submit my PCC documents to them, however, I have sent all the original documents to the following address which got delivered on 8th November 2013

Centralized Intake Office
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

In the mail, they have asked me to send the documents to;

Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West
7th Floor, Section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1


The officer who is processing my application is KH5229.

I have replied to that mail stating that I have sent the original documents to the Central Intake Office and requested them to consider that.

Do you think this will get processed or do I need to run again to get the required PCC?

Please advice.

Same thing happend to me I sent PCC in June to the CPP-OTTAWA office and they confirmed the recipt of the PCC documents but again requested.
I think we have to re-submit these as requested other wise it may delay in process or chances of rejection.

I applied my PCC last week and waiting for it to receive.
First Apply for another PCC and think about the options.

PCCs have to be send to the visa office processing the application, and for CEC applications that's CPP-Ottawa.

All correspondence after getting Aor should be with the visa office , I.e Cpp Ottawa.

I was under the impression that all correspondence should be sent to the Central Intake office in Sydney. I read it somewhere in the website, but unable to find the link now...

When I sent the documents last month, the processing was not even started.....

Am I in trouble?

Email CPP-O and tell them what happened and also try to email CIO. Don't know what else to do in
that situation as you PCCs were sent to the wrong office.

I agree. Check your AOR email - it says all correspondence must be sent to visa office.

Anyways, I hope your issue will be sorted out soon.

When I sent in June that Was I got it in June and Updated to CPP-Ottawa.
But they requested now again to send the PCC to CPP-Ottawa address.

I am waiting to get new PCC now.

The pcc that you sent in June -

When was it issued? Please note that the date of issue cannot be more than 3 months before.
Did cpp-Ottawa confirm that pcc is received and added to file?

When I sent in June that Was I got it in June and Updated to CPP-Ottawa.

Your PCC shouldn't be older than three months, maybe the last one was older than that and that's why
they requested a new PCC?

Just make sure you send it to CPP-O stating all information in a letter for them to find your application ( ie file number, name and dob )
