Are we suppose to upload any documents at the time of EE profile creation?

One of my friend's profile got rejected and he has no clue why his profile is rejected. He only received rejection email (letter).

So are there any documents to be attached with the EE profile to avoid rejection?

Thanks in advance.

I am unable to upload the letter (pdf) so copy pasting the content of the letter.

Please find below the details:

Dear xxxxxxxxxxxx,

Your Express Entry profile has been reviewed and we have determined that you are not eligible for Express Entry at this time.

To qualify for Express Entry, you must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the Federal Skilled Worker Program, and/or the Federal Skilled Trades Program and/or the Canadian Experience Class. Based on the information you gave in your profile, you do not appear to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for any of these programs at the moment.

Below are a few examples of why a candidate will be found ineligible:

• not having a valid language test,

• language test results that are more than two years old,

• a language test score that is too low,

• not having enough relevant work experience,

• not having the required education level,

• not having enough funds.

If you still want to come to Canada as a skilled immigrant, you can take steps to improve your qualifications and register for Express Entry at a later date. For example, you may try to improve your language score or gain a higher level of education.

You can also consider applying directly to a province or territory through the Provincial Nominee Program. Learn more here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-how.asp .

We dont need to provide the document for POF while online profile creation. However, In personal details section we need to update the funds correctly eg: for single applicant POF required are 12300 or higher.

By update you mean we only need to punch in the value, right?

I will explain what i did,

1 : I started my profile using come to Canada tool, where it was showing that you are not eligible but if you want you can still create EE profile so i did. So in short i didn't get any profile number from there (http://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/eapp/eapp.do)

2: Then i created my profile and just entered info and i didn't upload any docs like passport eca ielts degree etc

3: After that i got the confirmation you profile has been created and you are eligible for EE FW category and my points are 357 i registered with Job Bank.

Then suddenly they rejected the EE profile without giving any reason.

Everything seems good your are getting a total of 74 points under minimum eligibility ( Age -12, Edu - 21 ( Hope ECA is done), Work - 15, IELTS - 21= total of 74 out off 100. I think u have wrongly entered the proof of funds.

While checking the minimum eligibility u might have made a mistake, because if you have don't it correctly then you wud have got the reference number wch will be alpha numeric.
