I have obtained my degree from an Autonomous college here in India. For WES evaluation the college has provided sealed and attested copies of degree certificate along with individual semester mark sheets. However upon request for a transcript they said they dont have a system in place to issue a transcript. Will the above documents suffice or is a transcript mandatory for evaluation? Please advice.
