Friend of mine has temporary worker status in Canada (NOC B). His wife with two children (teenagers), who lives oversea recently applied for a visitor visa and was rejected. Now they are thinking to join my friend here as family members.

Kindly confirm if the following is correct in her situation:
- she needs to apply for open work permit
- her children have to apply for study permits in order to go to high school
- she needs to submit her husband's immigration paperwork with the letter from employer and bank statements along with the package
