Greetings friends,

I intend to apply for immigration ot Canada under the Federal Skilled Worker program.
I'm in the process of completing the application package.
I am a single guy, however, it seems like there are some documents not applicable to my case.
What are the doucments required from single applicants? Do i have to fill each & every document?

On cic.gc.ca website, it mentions clearly:
"The following are the forms that must be filled out and submitted for all applicants:
•Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) (PDF, 536 KB)
•Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) (PDF, 472 KB)
•Schedule A: Background / Declaration (IMM 5669) (PDF, 286 KB)
•Schedule 3: Economic Classes – Federal Skilled Worker (IMM 0008 – Schedule 3) (PDF, 191 KB)
•Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) (PDF, 79 KB)
•Supplementary Information – Your travels (IMM 5562) (PDF, 21 KB)
•Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada (IMM 5604) (PDF, 21 KB)
•Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409) (PDF, 19 KB)
•Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence (IMM 5620) (PDF, 27 KB)
•Document Checklist – Centralized Intake Office (IMM 5612) (PDF, 233 KB)
•Use of a Representative (IMM 5476), if applicable. (PDF, 55 KB)"

But some of those documents do not apply to my case, such as "Family Information", "Use of Representative", "Staturtory Declaration for Common-Law Union".
Shall I skip those documents? & not send them at all? Or should I write Not Applicable on those documents & include them in the application package?

If any single applicants out there, please share your experience..

Thank you friends.

Thank you friends.

Sir

Send them all forms as stated in application package.
On every form there are instructions printed how to fill , in case that portion / form does not apply to you

Stay Blessed

Answers are in Blue.

Does this precisely mean that we dont need to send those documents which are not applicable to us?

Will CIC consider our application as complete then?

Thank you friends.

Yes, skip all the documents after making sure you actually don't require them. Best of Luck

but please if it happen I write not applicable in the spaces there and send will I be penalised for sending forms when it not applicable
thanks for you quick response @ mobsaleh

Guys. There's a guideline on CIC site which gives step-by-step instructions on filing the application. It clearly states who and in which case must complete the forms. All the details are there.

Why not to have some respect and gratefulness to those who've been written guidlines for applicants and study official CIC website carefully at the first place? :(

How to indicate on the document check list if as a single applicant someone doesn't need to include all forms ??

What needs to be done with the Check box on the Document Checklist (IMM 5612)then ?

Should I just leave it blank and take the print and then write N/A or anything else....

Kindly suggest

Assalamualikum

I would like to know which NOC shall be used as in the form its written NOC 2011 everywhere but in NOC 2011 if i am in the category number 1311 so i cant find it in the latest May 2014 Noc and cant even identify the cap for that, kindly advice shall i change my NOC 2011 category and use 1212 is that relevant as an accountant and bookkeeper ?

JazakALLAH

Hello SalmanYahya,
you can only apply for FSWP 2014 if your occupation match with any of NOCs listed here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

The description of NOCs are given here http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/Welcome.aspx

Thanks for the reply but now there is a new question :)

They returned my application with the reason that the CAP is full although when i checked it last after sending my application in end of december it was then around 400 application.

As now they have returned my file after 6 months what shall i do and how to start EE process my file is complete.

Thanks
