Hello all,

I need help in filling the documents. Here are my questions,

1. IMM5406 - Do I need to fill it in English and Native language in one sheet or both in 2 separate sheets.
2. IMM 008 - I have a son who is canadian by birth. Do I need to include him as dependent. I know its mentioned, but just checking.
3. Schedule 8 - My LMO says my NOC code is 2171, but my responsibilities match to 2173. Which one should I mention?
4. I did not study in Canada. Do I also need to send my educational certificates?
5. Finally Should I staple or paper clip?

Please let me know.

Hello Venkat:
1. Only English, no need to fill in native lang.
2. In the from 008, it was clearly mentioned that, "you must include dependents who are not already PR or citizens", u can show in additional family info 5406
3. Which should closely matches your duties.
4. you can keep paper clip.

Yes you need to write all those information in IMM5406 in your native language also. read on top of the application and they clearly asking for it
