I am preparing CIC file on my own. I am including following documents in the file. Can someone please have a look at the list and suggest if I am missing any required document.
1. Photocopy of passport
2. Photocopy of 10th Certificate
3. Photocopy of 10th Marksheet
4. Photocopy of 12th Certificate
5. Photocopy of 12th Marksheet
6. Photocopy of B.E. degree certificate
7. Photocopy of B.E. mark-sheets (for all the semesters)
8. Photocopy of MBA degree certificate
9. Photocopy of MBA mark-sheets (for all the semesters)
10. B.E. transcripts from college in sealed cover
11. MBA transcripts from college in sealed cover
12. Original IELTS score card
13. Original WES assessment report
14. Appointment letter from Company-1
15. Service certificate from Company-1 (this mentions job duties and salary both)
16. Appointment letter from Company-2
17. Service certificate from Company-2
18. Photocopy of Aadhar card
19. Bank balance saving account certificate from Axis bank
20. Bank fixed deposit receipts from SBI
Please let me know if I have missed any required document. I also had some doubts regarding other documents. Can you please guide me for following
1. Is birth certificate required? Can Aadhar card / Passport replace it for proof of identity (I have birth certificate in native language and so just trying to escape the effort of translation)
2. Is school leaving certificate required? (Again it is in native language and so needs translation)
3. Are the photocopies of even english documents need to be notarized?
4. I was also advised to include Job Confirmation letter, Salary slips, Form No. 16 and Visiting cards of supervisor. But from some of the threads here, I understood that these are not required. Can you please confirm it?
