Are you applying inland or outland?

We're applying outland and had to submit two document checklists. Document checklist - sponsor (IMM5491) and the region specific document checklist (IMM3908 - in our case).

I just submitted one, the IMM5491. Cz i figured that the IMM3911 (our case) just repeated the same stuff, and then it says somewhere on the website that the PA has to send the file to the sponsor and then the sponsor adds their files and sends them.

We are outland, but both of us live outside Canada, and we just received the AOR2. So i think it is fine if you just send one.

Both the sponsor checklist and the country-specific applicant checklist are required documents. Technically, you submitted an incomplete app but since it was the checklist and not a form, the VO let you off.
