Dear Seniors,

Please confirm, Should we send all forms or below mentioned forms (Primary Applicant + Spouse and No Children/Dependants)
And applying myself:

IMM5612 Documents Check list Permanent Residence – FSW Class
IMM0008 Generic Application Form to Canada
IMM5669 Schedule A: Background Declaration( for both me and spouse)
IMM0008 Schedule 3: Economic Classes - FSW
IMM5562 Supplementary Info Travels
IMM5406 Additional Family Information( for both me and spouse)
IMM5620 Fee payment form – Application for Permanent residence

Or should also send:

IMM008DEP Additional Dependant Details Form
IMM5604 Form Minors
IMM5409E Statutory declaration of common law
IMM5476E Use of Representative

I guess we need to send only those forms which are applicable to us.

But I am not too sure about it and had the same doubt because I am planning to send my application this week...

Friend, you need to send only those forms which are applicable to your own case.
Say, if you use a representative - then you need to complete and enclose the relevant form; if not - you don't need to.
If your spouse is a common-law partner - you need to enclose statutory declaration; if you're officially married - you don't need to. And so on.
