Document Checklist and VO specific checkist have common documents on them...does it mean we have to send 2 sets of those common documents ???? Seniors Please advice....

Hi, nope. Friend from British expats forum had confirmation of this. Just send one - for example, the IELTS and principal applicants passport, just send one of each. The entire package will be sent to VO after initial check from CIC anyway.

We sent in the order CIC checklist, forms, IELTS test results and PA passport copy, then attached VO checklist and the rest of the documents minus the IELTS and PA passport after that.
