Point 21 on document check list says Mailing your application and then says Orignal in other tab. I dont think there is a form for mailing your application, if I am correct how can we check Orignal box here.

Dear Cisco, This mean that you have to send Original Prints of the Application Forms + Original Print of this Document Check-list.
They mention original as some people send the photocopies and multiple copies. Hope this helps you.
