DOB is wrong in WES

Hi All,

I just now got the email confirmation from WES that my evaluation is completed. But my DOB is wrong in the report.
How could I get it corrected. I have sent them email but no response yet.

WES??? and REPLY via EMAIL??? (are the two different shores of a single sea)

There service is very quick and the response and support is the worst.

Try to contact them via call.
