When applying for a live-in caregiver LMO, do I also need to send a copy of the signed contract to Service Canada with application?

Live-in Caregivers

The following application forms, contracts and other documents must be completed, signed and submitted to Human Resources and Skills Development Canada/Service Canada in order to obtain a Labour Marker Opinion.

For the PDF (portable document format) version, you must have a PDF reader on your computer. If you do not, there are many readers that you can download for free or purchase online.
