Quick question, do we need to send the forms that are not applicable to our application?

ie:

use of a representative
additional dependents
stat. declaration of common law union

these are my 2 ideas... send it but put a line through it that says N/A or don't sent it at all and write N/A on the checklist

any advice would be great!

thanks!

We used the second option: didn't send the forms that weren't relavent to us, but crossed them out on the checklist.

Hi figgy,

I send all forms and marked NOT APPLICABLE, otherwise is consider missing forms and your application will get send back.

Be complete and accurate
Complete all sections. If a section does not apply to you, write “Not Applicable” or “NA”. If your application is incomplete it may be returned to you and this will delay the processing of your application.

If you need more space for any section, print out an additional page containing the appropriate section, complete it and submit it along with your application.

I did what BCgirl2012 did, and got through without a problem...

Do not send them and write N/A on the check list.

Document checklist boxes unchecked for the forms that were not applicable. I included an appendix to the checklist noting the forms I did not send and why...

thanks for all the advice! i think i will send them with NA written on them...just to be sure :-)

NOPE...

all you have to do is use your document checklist, and write NOT APPLICABLE on them... no use in sending in empty forms and killing trees ;)

We also did not include forms, and wrote N/A on the checklist. Got approval for stage 1 no problem, no requests for missing documents. It does say, for example for the Use of Representative form, "if applicable". If not, don't include it and write N/A on the checklist

I send every application even its not applicable to us, i just put N/A in every question, i mean not every question.
I know someone that did the same thing and her application was approved more than 3 months so fast. :D
