Hi. I m already working in Canada on a jon without LMIA.
I have entered that job details in the qork experience section. Do I still need to say YES that I have an offer in Canada

you would have to write no.. as a yea means it would have to have lmia supported which yours is not.

I beg to disagree.. When you select Yes, the drop down will ask you the reason for it. For example - LMIA exempt, etc. Hope this helps..

I recently received my OWP with the extension of my study visa. Can I claim points if an employer gives me a job offer without Lmia?

no points can only be claimed via a supporting lmia no other way.

So here is what I m adding.
Have a job offer : Yes
Parmanent: No
Seasonal and atleast one year: No
Have an LMIA: No

I m working on a contract job under 2171 for a six months contract.

Are the details ok?
