Do Work Permits and Work Visa remain Valid if we avoid Landing?

I want to avoid landing because I want to travel outside canada urgently for a month.
Will my WP and TRV be valid after PR Visa stamp?
PR Card takes time to come and Travel document too takes time and I can not delay my travel

I think delay in Landing is the only option I have but I am not 100% sure

Seniors Please suggest
