Do we still need to go to IRCC offices or PoE after receiving CoPR letter?

it is said that after receiving CoPR letter, we need to go to IRCC offices or PoE., if we live inside Canada.

I received my CoPR letter on Early Nov. It is going to expire on early Feb. I applied for PR card and new SIN number at the time and last week I received both.

For two times I asked IRCC via Webform whether I need to go to IRCC office or PoE, and they didn't answer my question. Once they only said that my PR card has been sent to me.

However, due to what it was mentioned in the link I am not sure if I am done with the process. I have tried calling IRCC and always they answered "we are busy. please call later."

Is there anyone here with similar experience, or heard about this situation?

Thanks for your response @Rahul81 and @Wolfpmd3

I was curious whether I still need an interview to prove my documents and funds to be officially landed in Canada.

It seems in the link below the covid-19 situation is explained:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/immigration-applicants.html#approved

But, it has not mentioned anywhere that the interview could be skipped in some cases!

I was supposed to be contacted by IRCC to get to know what to do next, but I wasn't.

If all the interview thing is about getting the PR card, yes I got it.
