Do we need to write middle name for q6?

Hello guys,

If I have a middle name, do we need to write it in q6. q6 just asks the Family name/last name (first column) and the Given name/first name (second column). Should we write the middle name in the "Given name/first name" column?

Our daughter's name is written like that in other immigration documents, first and middle name in first name coloumn. Follow how it is written on your imm form.
