Hi, during the travel document section of the citizenship application, do we need to upload all the pages of the passport or just the biographic pages?

I am a bit confused because it says Upload the bio page(s) of this document, but then how do they match it with my travel history?

Secondly I have US travels, and my US visa is in my old passport, so should I upload that one too, even though it was cancelled outside of my 5 year eligibility window?

What's confusing about what you wrote in bold? They litterally ask you about the page they want and they don't ask about any other page beside the bio one. IRCC may ask you about additional stuff at a later point (including the whole passport potentially!) but it is not the case for the vast majority of people.

Relax, all these multiple threads suggest you're overstressing here. Follow the requirement and nothing but the requirement and don't second guess yourself. They don't ask for a copy of something? The something isn't needed as part of a complete application. That also answers your passport with US visa question hopefully...

One last thing to add : if you think just going with what IRCC asks for actually increases your stress here, there's an additional docs section. Feel free to add anything you think can be useful there. It's overkill and most of that stuff will just be ignored by IRCC, but if you feel better about it, well, why not?

Thanks for the answer @Seym

Do you have any advice on the question at the link below:

The job title doesn't matter much, but in case of doubt, just go with a complete yet truthful answer, something like "independant contactor data analyst at Company X".
For the address, it probably also doesn't matter muchaas long as the info is truthful(and verifiable!), but I'd say that IRCC is mostly trying to make sure you were in Canada. As such, they want to know where you physically went for work. So, put the address of the company you worked for I guess.

So the fields being asked are:

Occupation or Activity: independant contactor data analyst at Company X

Employer or education institution: Name of our incorporation

Country: Canada

Address: Name of the company worked for (not incorporation address)

Also, since they are accessing Tax data anyways from CRA, since I filed for incorporation taxes which has my personal address in Tax data for the filing year, doesnt it make sense to put in address of your incorporation?

IRCC only checks whether you filed tax for the years you specified in your application, nothing more. It doesn't matter if the address where you went to work doesn't match your T4. The only thing that really matters is that your answer is truthful, and both addresses here would be truthful and should strongly suggest a pattern of presence in Canada, the one thing IRCC is trying to assess. Pick one and move on :)
