Do we need to provide Reference Letters from all past employers?

Do we need to provide reference letters from all past employers? For example, I have worked for many employers under different NOC codes:

First Job - NOC Code 2281 - 2 year 8 months
Second Job - NOC Code 2281 - 6 months
Third Job - NOC Code 2281 - 1 year 10 months
Fourth Job/Current Job - NOC Code 2171 - 2 years and counting

I am applying under NOC code 2281. Do I need to provide reference letter for my current job as well, which falls under NOC code 2171?

Only provide reference letters for work experience for which you are claiming points (i.e mentioned in work history section).
All other experience go in personal history once you receive ITA.

So if you're using all NOC 2281 jobs, then only include those in work xp section, and get letters for only these jobs.
But do mention all work experiences in personal history.

Thank you for the prompt response. But, I have created EE profile, I have seen only Work History section. Are these option get changed after receiving ITA?

I did not get this part that all other experiences will go under personal history. How?

Personal history is part of the application form post ITA. It's not part of your profile so you don't see it now.

As @Peacekeeper87 explained, you only need to list the experience you are claiming points for in work history. Everything else goes into personal history later on.

One more question. Since I am not aware about personal history section as I have not got ITA yet. Could you please let me know if we have to specify NOC codes along with exp while adding all working exp in personal history section?
