Do we need to check any fields which are not applicable in the checklist form?

Hi,

Do we need to check any fields which are not applicable in the checklist form(IMM5533E)?
For instance, in the Use of Representative section, there is a main checkbox. Also, there is a checkbox inside the section, which says "I'm not appointing a representative".
As I haven't appointed a representative, should I just write N/A beside the main checkbox or should I check it?
