Do we need separate medical check for OWP and partner sponsorship?

Hi im gonna do medical check soon , i am confused that do we need to do 2 different medical check dor sponsorship and for OWP? I was told by doctor receptionist that i only have one category for medical check? So confused , please give me advice as i need to do this urgently , keep procrastinating so long thanks so much

No, you only need the immigration medical.
