Do We Get 2nd AOR without RPRF ? ****

Hi guys,

1. If we send full documents to visa office without RPRF will they issue AOR?

2. How many AOR's are there in total?

3. What does 2nd AOR includes?

BTW, this is the best way to ask a question (i.e., posting it here and messaging me the link) because that way, more people will see it and if my answer is wrong, someone will correct it and that can only be good for you. I hope more people ask questions in this way rather than messaging me the question.

I presume you are with the pre june 2010 rules.

1) Yes. RPRF (at least at Buffalo visa office) comes later. I think it is the same with most visa office but some people like sending it with their documents. Just check appendix A to make sure that i am correct.
2) 2, one from CIO and one from Visa office.
3) I think ( i could be wrong), this depends on the visa office. Some visa office that were moving fast used to send the second AOR and medical request at the same time whereas Buffalo will send AOR way before medical request.
