Do we fill a new IMM 0008 (General Application form for canada) for PR than PNP?

After the PNP Approval, we are in process of submitting the PR application. Do we fill a new IMM 0008 (General Application form for canada) for PR application than what was submitted for PNP or do we have to submit the same application form?

You required to fill all latest & updated from. Please check updated form here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp
 
Thanks! That means we have to fill all forms from scratch and the IMM 0008 and other forms filled for PNP are not required anymore.
