Do we all have valid job offer or not?

Hi, If I'm BC PNP nominated, after receiving Work permit support letter, do I say in my CIC Express Entry profile, that I have a "valid job offer"? Because then it requires "Letter of employment" with no explanation of what it should be... If I anwer "no", this document is not required then...
