Do trips of 10 days (or fewer) count toward the 730 day residency obligation ?

I am in the US and am making frequent trips to Canada to interview for jobs and will move when the opportunity is right for me to leave my current employment situation.
My questions are:
1. If i make a 10 day trip to Canada, can i show those 10 days when i fill out my PR renewal forms i.e. travel journal?
2. Are air tickets and Airbnb history good enough to convey that I was physically present in Canada during that time? I've lost a few of the boarding passes, hence the question.
3. When i move it will be 2 years left on my PR, but the reason i am doing multiple trips is to not have exactly 730 days but somewhere in the ballpark of 750 days while applying for a renewal. It seems like a valid solution. Has anyone done that while moving from the US and saw no red flags go up during PR renewal?
