Hi guys

Does embassy require proof of the work experience provided in the application for study permit?

No they dont-Not unless you are applying under experience worker program then they would but still i doubt

My take is that you should submit any work experience being claimed in the application as they are proof to the CIC officer to verify what was done in the months/years quoted.
Irrespective of your purpose to study, you are building a profile to show the case officer what was done prior to applying for the study permit - hence the need to submit notarised copies of your educational degrees + work experience (if any)

I hope this information helped.

If you have gaps, Then i would suggest you should attach the experience letter for the same to make your profile more convincing.
