Do Partially-Completed Degrees Receive the Score of Canadian Study Experience?

Hi folks,

I'm a 3rd-year PhD student in Canada but have not finished my studies yet. I heard that Express Entry applicants who have 2 years of Canadian study experience are eligible to receive up to 30 points. I wonder if someone like me (who has been studying in a Canadian university for more than two years, but has not been graduated) is eligible to receive this score or not. In other words, Are partially completed studies eligible for the score of 'Canadian study experience'?
