Do imm5562 form gets validated some how?

Hi to all,
Friends i need advice i had sent my wife's file to immigration canada last month for spouse sponsorship but by mistake i forgot to send imm5562 form they emailed me and send letter they didn't ask me directly for imm5562 form but highlighted country specific
Section is this mean they asking me to send imm5562 cause this form is not directly memtioned on document check list it only comes in country specific section and no 2 there is no signature box on imm5562 form is this need not to be signatured and there is no validate section on this form ,please help

Same mistake we made and our application was returned, second time we sent this PA has to sign for it and fill it out. You do not need any validation for 5562.

Hi.,, I am Jan 2018 applicant. I forgot to include IMM5562 from with the package. did they return the application? if yes, How long does it take? What are the next steps to take ? please your input is appreciable.
