Do I still need to pay tax on my personal vehicle if I was with student and work permit after my PR get approved?

I was student and now with the work permit. I temporarily imported my car from US when I entered Canada as a student in early 2022. I wonder if I can still put it on the B4 (goods to follow) form to avoid tax and duty after my PR get approved later this year. If yes, for inland applicants, what is the procedure to import it permanently?

And my car was made in Germany.
