Do I still need 1 year of experience if I have a Masters?

Title. I already have 1.5 years of experience while doing my Masters. I was reading that these 1.5 years do not count since I was in school technically. But do I still need the 1 year of experience to qualify?
I already can reach 460's with Masters, 24 years old, English and French
 
If I understood correctly any international experience (even during studies) counts. They don’t accept work experience during studies in Canada. However i doubt you have enough hours. If you were in alternance during Masters (like my spouse, who is french), then you got 20h per week, you need 2 full years to show enough hours for EE

as long as you can prove that you have that 1.5 years of experience you can avail and get points

Ah that makes sense. Do you mind guiding for some links that you checked at the time? I think I can amass just enough
