I know I've asked this before and it must be annoying but I'm just clearing it up before I go on way to fedex or canada post today so I know I'm 100% sure.

do i send my spousal app and applying to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada - Worker (opw) to the same address below:

CPC-M, Po Box 5040 STN B, Mississauga, ON, L5A 3A4

Thanks

Yes...it's VERY annoying!

FedEx and Canada Post have two different mailing addresses. If you use FedEx you must send everything to the address listed on CIC's website for couriers.

Just curious why you never answered the question, in one of your other threads, when asked what type of WP you currently hold?

Are you planning to continue to work beyond June 30th?

Sorry I thought I did answer it, I believe someone answered asked was it closed permit which it is, meaning i was only able to work for one employer and they suggested to apply for * an initial work permit or work permit with the same employer* if it comes down to it I will stop working until the matter is sorted out.

You absolutely need to stop working until your new OWP arrives.

Actually, it likes like you may not have to stop working after all:

Good luck!

To be clear, you DO NOT have to stop working. As I stated in your other thread, you will have the legal right to continue working under the same conditions of your current work permit while on Implied Status.
