Which is the correct address to mail Spouse Sponsorship Application

Hi all,

Im a little confused here,

The Document checklist says mail Application to
CPC-M, PO Box 5040 STN B, MISSISSUAGA, ON, L5A 3A4


But many people on this website have mailed their application to
Case Processing Centre ─ Mississauga P.O. Box 3000, Station A Mississauga, Ontario L5A 4N6

Which one is the correct address if I will be mailing it from Calgary through Canada Post?

How to apply
There are three steps to apply to sponsor your spouse, partner or children:

1. Get the application package
2. Pay your application fees
3. Submit your application
The application package has the address you need for mailing your application to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Mississauga, Ontario.

If information or documents are missing, your entire application will be returned to you and you will need to re-submit a new application with the missing information or documents.

Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:
CPC Mississauga
P.O. Box 3000, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4N6

But here is the ISSUE .. Why has CIC mentioned only one address on the Document checklist form
ie. CPC-M, PO Box 5040 STN B, MISSISSUAGA, ON, L5A 3A4.
This can lead to a alot of confusion.

Yes. It has a document checklist as well. All the forms you need to fill outland from India are listed in the .pdf
