Regarding the Quebec Skilled Worker's Program:

If i get a score greater than or equal to the cut-off score mentioned here, will I automatically get an invitation to apply?

For example, the cut-off score is 50, and my score is 59. So would that mean i will get an invitation to apply?

What if i'm not inland, never been to canada, and dont have a job offer, yet still have a score higher than 50?

No - you will not automatically receive an invitation to apply.
