I am Green Card holder and applied for spousal PR outside Canada and I received the letter today to send my passport to NDVO for the PR Visa stamping.
I live in US and my wife is in Toronto and I am going to be in Canada for the next few months.
Can I send my passport to Ottawa office instead of NDVO? The letter says that I need to send my passport before August 25th so doesnt leave much time for me if I really have to travel to India just to get the visa stamped.
